Tina Malhotra is an experiential leader, executive producer, and creative strategist who's spent the better part of two decades turning ambitious ideas into experiences people actually remember.
She got her start somewhere unlikely: Goldman Sachs in New York, after earning a BBA in Finance and a Master's in Professional Accounting from UT Austin. But Wall Street couldn't hold her creative side down for long. She started burning vacation days as a production assistant during New York Fashion Week, and it didn't take long to figure out where she actually belonged. In 2007, she left finance behind for good.
Since then, she's built experiential work for some seriously recognizable names, including LEGO, Nike, Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, HBO, and Condé Nast, before joining Color Factory. There she spent seven years helping grow the immersive experience company from an emerging concept into a nationally known brand, first as Chief Experience Officer and eventually as CEO.
Now based in Houston, Tina advises brands, founders, and creative organizations at the intersection of experiential strategy and storytelling, pairing big idea thinking with the operational chops to actually pull it off.
